Terms of Service – Subaya Web

The service and your account

These terms govern services provided by Subaya Web LLC (“Subaya Web,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. We accept international customers, subject to applicable law and service availability. Contact us at subayaweb@protonmail.com.

Subaya Web designs personal websites and websites for businesses and organizations. Personal packages have the prices and included services below. Organization projects are quoted individually. The quote describes the agreed work, project price, estimated timeline, hosting, and any included maintenance or changes. Custom applications and integrations require an agreed scope.

Personal website orders

Your account becomes available after payment for your first personal website is confirmed, or after we confirm a personal order that is fully covered by a promo code or referral reward. Verify your email address and set a password to manage your sites, requests, purchases, and renewals. Later orders can be added to the same account.

An unpaid personal website submission must be paid within seven days after submission to remain available. The selected subaya.site address of an unpaid personal website is reserved only for the first 30 minutes after submission. After that, someone else may select the address, and you may need to choose another at checkout. Changing an address does not restart either deadline. Expired unpaid submissions and their private uploads are scheduled for removal. Payment records and materials needed to reconcile a payment already in progress remain until that payment is resolved. These deadlines do not apply to custom domain registrations or organization inquiries.

Quotes for businesses and organizations

Submitting an inquiry does not create an account, place an order, require payment, or authorize publication. We review your request and contact you by email for any further information and to provide a quote.

The quote email includes a unique acceptance link. Explicitly approving the quote creates your account or connects the project to your existing verified account. Opening the link alone does not accept it. The project appears as In progress, with an unpaid invoice. This status does not mean development has started.

Accepting a quote does not obligate you to pay. Your purchase commitment begins when you pay the project invoice through your account. Work begins only after payment is confirmed. Before payment, you can review the agreed scope, total, and applicable terms. Changes to scope or charges require your agreement.

Unless the quote specifies different deadlines, you have 30 days from issue to accept it and 30 days after acceptance to pay the project invoice. The quote and invoice show their deadlines. If a deadline passes, contact us for a current quote or invoice before proceeding. These deadlines are separate from the 90-day inquiry-retention period described in the Privacy Policy.

Each organization project has one authorized contact. That person must have authority to act for the organization and approve the work. One account can contain personal sites and organization projects. The available services and controls depend on the selected site.

Keep your contact information accurate and your login details private. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. New accounts require email verification and password setup. An existing account remains protected by its normal sign-in requirements.

AI tools may assist with writing and website development and may receive any of the information you submit for the project, including uploaded files, as described in the Privacy Policy. A person reviews the website we create before publication. Your supplied wording, factual corrections, and instructions guide the work. Please identify anything that must remain private.

Your content and publication

You retain your rights in the text, photographs, résumé, logos, and other material you supply. You are responsible for having permission to use and publish that material, including material belonging to another person.

You authorize us to store, process, adapt, and display your material as needed to create and operate the website you request. This permission does not transfer ownership of your original material to us. Private intake files are not automatically published. Public contact details, downloadable documents, and other sensitive information are published only within the scope you authorize.

For personal website orders, once your website is complete, you authorize us to publish it at its assigned Subaya address without a further approval step. You may then request changes or take it offline through your account. For businesses and organizations, an inquiry, quote acceptance, or invoice payment does not authorize publication. We obtain your separate approval by direct email before publishing the agreed work.

Publishing a website makes its public content accessible to visitors and search engines. Taking it offline cannot remove copies already held by visitors, search engines, or archives. Permission to use your site in our portfolio is optional and separate from permission to publish your own website. You may withdraw portfolio permission by contacting us.

Personal checkout includes an optional, initially checked choice to add a small footer credit: “Site designed, hosted, and maintained by Subaya Web,” linking to our website. You may uncheck it or ask us to remove it later without a fee or any change to your package or ownership rights. It is separate from portfolio permission and is not a condition of downloading, editing, or moving your site. Organization forms do not include this option.

Ownership and source downloads

You own the website work created for you. As between you and Subaya Web, rights in the custom deliverables pass to you when the applicable purchase is paid, or when we deliver them as complimentary work. You may use, modify, and host your finished website elsewhere. Subaya Web retains a nonexclusive right to reuse icons, fonts, decorative shapes, and other reusable site assets that Subaya Web creates and has rights to reuse. This does not authorize reuse of your private information, supplied materials, or customer-specific branding. Third-party fonts, software, images, and other licensed components retain their own licenses. We do not claim ownership of your existing material or grant rights that belong to someone else.

You may download your site's source and all past saved revisions from your account at any time while the account continues to exist and Subaya Web operates. This access remains available when you stop paying for hosting or maintenance. Canceling hosting does not transfer ownership back to us or revoke your right to use the source elsewhere. A refund under our late-delivery guarantee also preserves your ownership and included hosting.

Source downloads contain the website deliverables and their assets. They do not include Subaya Web's account system, infrastructure credentials, private records concerning other customers, or third-party services. Some advanced features may require you to arrange replacement services when moving to another host.

Purchases and annual fees

Prices below are in US dollars. Website design and hosting are separate from your ownership of the website. Your order or quote identifies the included services, and the complete amount, applicable taxes, additional charges, and renewal terms must be shown before you authorize payment.

Student Profile – $48: For students ordering with a .edu email address. The first year of hosting and maintenance is included. Each subsequent year costs $8 for this site.
Professional Profile – $98: The first year of hosting and maintenance is included. Each subsequent year costs $8 for this site.
Advanced Website – $248: The first year of hosting and maintenance is included. Each subsequent year costs $24.80 for this site.
Existing Site Redesign – starting from $298: The work and any hosting are specified in your quote. An included hosting year is not automatic for this package.
Simple Site – starting from $498: The first year of hosting is included in your quote. The project scope and ongoing services are quoted individually.
Advanced Site – starting from $998: The first year of hosting is included in your quote. Applications, authentication, payments, and integrations are included only as specified in the agreed scope.

The annual price may change for future years. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before a renewal charge at the new price, with an opportunity to cancel renewal.

Organization prices are starting prices, not guaranteed quotes. Annual hosting starts at $98/year for a simple static site that needs no maintenance. Your quote sets the actual annual amount, which may be higher depending on complexity and our associated costs. Maintenance, content updates, and design changes are included only when expressly agreed as part of the quoted service. The personal allowances below do not apply to organization projects.

The included hosting year starts at the website’s first publication, for both personal sites and new organization sites. Payment, quote acceptance, previews, and approval do not start that year. The first annual renewal is due one calendar year after first publication. Later revisions, republication, address changes, and temporary visibility changes do not restart it. Hosting for an Existing Site Redesign follows its quote.

Renewal dates and billing periods use UTC. Custom domains and additional paid work are separate purchases. Existing purchases and already included or paid service periods retain their agreed pricing and rights. Future renewal periods may have a new price subject to the notice and authorization rules above. A new policy does not retroactively remove existing purchase rights or already-earned referral rewards.

Promo codes and free orders

Promo codes are entered after submitting your personal website form and before payment. Codes are not always available. They may give a fixed-dollar or percentage discount, including a full discount. One code may be used per initial personal website order. An offer may specify eligible packages, an expiration date, and overall or per-customer usage limits. Promo codes are not combined with referral-reward payments. The code must be accepted by our checkout, which shows the discount and final amount before you proceed. A code does not change a completed purchase retroactively. We honor a valid discount recorded with a confirmed order.

If a code reduces your website order to zero, the order becomes a free order when the code is entered and confirmed by our server. Entering a code alone does not confirm an order. Complete any required account or email verification and address selection first. A free referral order begins when you place the order and our server accepts it. No payment is required for that order. The confirmation identifies the selected package and included services.

A fully discounted or referral-reward website has all the rights and included services of its package, including ownership, source downloads, the included hosting and maintenance year, content updates, redesign allowances, and the applicable delivery commitment. A reward upgrade carries the rights and services of the upgraded package. Merely earning or claiming a reward does not start delivery before the website order is submitted and accepted.

Any refund is based on the amount actually paid for the affected purchase after discounts, not its advertised price. A zero-price order has no cash purchase payment to refund. This does not remove its other package rights or any remedy required by law. Freely received websites qualify their owners to opt in to the referral program. A free order does not itself count as a paid referral toward reward milestones.

Referral rewards

Joining and earning credit

You may opt in through your account after at least one paid or free website order is confirmed, or a complimentary website is provided to your account. Websites received through promo codes or referral rewards qualify without payment or waiting for publication. Customers with personal websites, organization projects, or both may participate. Accepting an unpaid quote or submitting an unconfirmed order alone does not qualify you to enroll.

Each new customer's first qualifying paid website purchase counts once. Visits, later purchases by the same customer, renewals, domains, and free orders do not add referrals. Personal website purchases become confirmed referrals when the paid site is first published. Organization website purchases become confirmed referrals when the project payment is confirmed. Each milestone can be earned once per account. Redeeming a reward does not reset your referral count.

The latest eligible referral link the customer visits within the 90 days before their first qualifying paid website purchase receives credit. We fix that attribution at purchase, even if a personal site's publication occurs later. A later visit cannot change credit for an earlier purchase. Credit depends on our being able to connect the visit to the purchase. Clearing browser data or using a different device without an identifiable account connection may prevent that connection. Ordinary browsing does not extend the 90-day period.

Self-referrals, duplicate customer identities created to earn rewards, fraudulent purchases, and fabricated visits do not qualify. A fully refunded or reversed purchase does not qualify. A disputed payment may remain pending while it is resolved. We may correct the referral count and explain the correction. An already-earned reward remains available or in effect even if your count later decreases, whether or not you have redeemed it. Returning to the same milestone does not earn that reward a second time.

Your rewards

All website, hosting, and domain rewards apply only to personal sites in your account. Organization customers may use them for personal sites, including employee profiles requested through the same account. Organization-site hosting and domains remain subject to their quote and are not covered by referral rewards.

1 referral – FREE year of hosting: One additional year of hosting and the package's included maintenance for one personal site, after its current included or paid hosting ends.
5 referrals – FREE custom domain: One year of registration for a domain used with a personal site. If the registrar price is under $20, it is free. Otherwise, you pay the registrar price minus $20, so a $20 registration also costs you $0. Subaya's fee is waived for the first year. We show any amount you must pay before registration. Later renewals use normal pricing unless another earned reward covers them.
10 referrals – FREE profile site or upgrade: A new personal profile website, or an upgrade of an existing profile to an Advanced personal site. All rights and included services of the resulting package apply.
50 referrals – FREE lifetime hosting for two personal sites: Hosting and the personal packages' included maintenance for any two personal sites in your account. This does not cover organization projects or separately priced services outside those packages.
100 referrals – FREE lifetime domain renewal for two personal sites: One domain for each of two personal sites in your account, when each domain's registrar renewal price is below $20 that year. Subaya's fee is waived for a covered renewal. A renewal priced at $20 or more is not covered by this reward. We notify you of any payable renewal and require the applicable payment authorization before charging. This reward does not change registrar expiration deadlines.

Lifetime hosting continues unless Subaya Web closes, you delete your account, or you request that hosting end. The lifetime domain-renewal reward has the same account and business-closure limits, remains subject to its annual registrar-price condition, and ends for a domain if you request its renewal to stop or transfer it away. Temporarily hiding a personal site does not by itself end its hosting reward. Our existing acceptable-use and service-restriction rules still apply, as do the business-closure notice and source-download arrangements.

Use the button next to an earned reward to select an eligible personal site or continue to the usual site, upgrade, or domain order. No separate reward approval is required. The covered amount is applied automatically, and we show any separately payable amount before you authorize it. New sites and upgrades enter the normal work queue and receive the same review before publication as other personal orders.

Covered hosting and domain renewals are not also charged at their normal annual price. The one-year hosting reward extends your existing hosting term, rather than replacing time you have already received or paid for. A domain reward alone does not cover hosting. Site and domain selections can be reassigned only through support, subject to the same account ownership, personal-site eligibility, and two-site limit where applicable.

Sharing your link

When recommending Subaya with your referral link, clearly disclose that you may earn rewards. For example: “I may earn Subaya rewards if you purchase through this link.” You are responsible for your statements and for making any required disclosure where people will see the recommendation. Do not make misleading claims or send unlawful unsolicited messages. See the FTC's endorsement guidance.

Subaya does not pre-approve your referral messages. These terms do not remove any participant's or Subaya Web's responsibilities under applicable law.

Sign-in verification and remembered devices

Email sign-in confirmation is enabled by default. After entering your password, confirm the sign-in using the link sent to your account email. Only confirm attempts you initiated. You may also enable an authenticator app in your account's 2FA settings by scanning a QR code or entering the setup key.

An enabled authenticator requires its code, or an unused recovery code, at sign-in. Email confirmation may be turned off only while a verified authenticator is enabled and after you acknowledge the security warning. Turning off the authenticator restores email confirmation if it was disabled. Keep recovery codes private and accessible if you lose your authenticator.

If you select Remember me for 7 days and complete the required sign-in checks, a cookie allows that device to skip email confirmation on subsequent sign-ins for seven days. It does not bypass your password or an enabled authenticator. The seven-day period does not extend merely because you use the device. Use Forget this device to withdraw that preference. Signing out ends your login session but does not itself forget the device.

Login-session duration is separate from the remembered-device period. Password changes, account recovery, and security changes may revoke sessions or remembered-device access. Sensitive changes require verification. Ordinary password recovery does not turn off authenticator 2FA. If you lose access to your email and recovery methods, contact support by email. We may be able to help after checking evidence of account ownership, such as payment-account ownership and account information, but recovery is not guaranteed. Do not send passwords, authenticator setup keys, recovery codes, or full payment-card details to support.

Renewals and cancellation

You can pay renewal invoices through your account. Automatic payment requires a saved payment method and your authorization for that service and amount. Enabling renewal or saving a payment method alone does not authorize a charge. Disabling automatic payment leaves renewal invoices payable manually. Canceling renewal stops future renewal charges and leaves the already-paid service available through its current term.

We send renewal reminders to your account email:

Without authorized automatic payment: three calendar months, two calendar months, one calendar month, one week, and one day before payment is due.
With authorized automatic payment: at least 30 days before the scheduled renewal charge, and again one week before that charge.

Keep your email address current. The invoice or reminder identifies the service, due date, amount, and payment action. A missing or revoked payment authorization requires manual payment or a new authorization. Payment-failure and domain-expiration notices may also be sent.

Preparing an invoice or sending a reminder does not itself authorize an early charge or start a grace period. Paying an upcoming hosting invoice early does not shorten the current term or move the renewal anniversary.

Hosting renewals have a 30-day payment grace period. If payment arrives within that period, the renewed year starts at the original renewal deadline. Paying late does not move the anniversary or add the grace period to the paid term. If payment remains outstanding after the grace period, hosting may be suspended.

Hosting grace periods do not extend a domain's registration or override a registrar's expiration rules. Domain payment and renewal may be needed before registration expires. Taking a website offline does not cancel hosting or domain renewal.

Any proposed future price change must be shown before it applies, with an opportunity to cancel renewal. A charge outside your existing authorization requires fresh approval.

Updates and redesigns

For organization sites, maintenance, updates, and design changes are provided only as specified in your quote or a later agreement. Contact us through your account or by email with the subject, details, and any relevant files. These messages do not automatically order work, authorize charges, or approve publication. The allowances below apply only to personal website packages.

Each hosted personal site includes three content updates per calendar month. Calendar months use UTC. Request updates through the account dashboard. A content update keeps the existing design while reflecting natural or expected progression, such as career or educational progression, or gathering experience or achievements with a hobby or another activity. If you need more updates, email support. Additional requests are considered individually.

Each personal site includes two visual or content redesigns requested within 30 days of its first publication. A redesign significantly changes the existing website, such as a new color scheme, a substantially different layout, or section changes beyond a small progression-oriented update. It may create a new design within the purchased site's scope. Saved versions in your download history are separate from this redesign allowance. Unused included redesigns expire after those 30 days. The allowance does not renew annually. Further redesigns cost $18 each.

Updates and redesigns require active hosting. They are unavailable while the hosting service is inactive, even though source downloads remain available. New application features, integrations, or work outside the purchased package may require a separate agreement. A redesign does not automatically expand that scope.

User-uploaded versions

Self-service revision uploads and publication are personal-site features. For an organization site hosted by Subaya, contact us through your account or by email about changes or replacing files. Source-download access remains available for both kinds of site.

For a personal website purchased from Subaya Web or provided through a promo code, referral reward, or complimentary grant, once it has been published you may download its source, edit it yourself, and upload a new version from your account while its hosting is active. Choose Upload revision for that site and submit a complete static website as a ZIP or tar.gz archive, including index.html and all public assets, within the limits shown in your account. After validation, choose Publish revision to replace the site's current files. Uploading and validating an archive alone does not publish it. Previously published revisions remain available to download.

You may upload and publish your own versions as often as you wish, subject to the service's file limits, security controls, and acceptable-use rules. These uploads do not use your included content-update requests or redesigns. This feature is part of hosting a personal website purchased from Subaya Web or provided through a promo code, referral reward, or complimentary grant. It is not a separate general-purpose hosting service.

By uploading a version, you confirm that you own the material it contains or have the rights and permissions needed to upload, host, and publish it. This includes its code, text, images, fonts, and other assets, as well as permission to disclose any personal information included. You are responsible for your uploaded material, your modifications, and compliance with applicable law and third-party licenses. Do not include passwords, private keys, or other information you do not intend to make public.

Subaya Web does not claim ownership of material you upload. You retain your rights, and third-party material remains subject to its owners' rights and licenses. You give us nonexclusive permission to store, copy, process, and serve the uploaded files only as needed to validate, host, publish, and provide revision downloads for your site. Uploading does not give us permission to sell your material or use it in our portfolio. Portfolio permission remains separate.

Automated validation checks whether an upload meets the service's technical requirements. It does not establish ownership, legal compliance, accuracy, or that your changes will work as intended. Your uploaded version is published at your direction without a Subaya design review. You are responsible for checking it and correcting problems introduced by your changes. Assistance beyond the included update service may require an agreed scope. Our existing acceptable-use and service-restriction terms continue to apply, and this section does not limit rights or remedies you have under applicable law.

Taking a site offline

For a personal site, you can temporarily take the site offline and restore it from the dashboard while hosting is active. Ten actual visibility changes within a rolling 30-minute period trigger a 30-minute cooldown. A request that leaves visibility unchanged does not count as a change.

For an organization site hosted by Subaya, contact us through your account or by email to arrange taking it offline, restoring it, or changing its publication. Organization sites do not use the personal self-service visibility or publication controls.

These arrangements cannot override a hosting suspension or a restriction imposed for security or legal reasons. Taking a site offline does not erase its source, cancel its domain, or stop recurring fees.

Custom domains

When you buy a custom domain through Subaya Web, we register and manage it through a Subaya-controlled registrar account, currently with Namecheap. You are the domain's registrant. Supply accurate contact details and complete any verification required by the registrar. You authorize Subaya Web to act on your behalf to register and manage the domain and to provide the required registrant information to Namecheap. Registration is subject to the Namecheap Registration Agreement, the relevant registry's rules, and availability at the time the registration succeeds.

Unless an applicable referral reward covers the charge or waives our fee, the registration or renewal price is the registrar's domain price plus a Subaya setup and maintenance fee equal to the greater of $5 or 10% of that domain price. We disclose the registrar charge, reward credit, and our fee separately. Quotes may change before purchase. A displayed search result does not reserve a domain. Any applicable taxes and mandatory additional charges are disclosed before you authorize payment.

Automatic domain renewals require a saved payment method and a customer-approved annual limit that includes the registrar price and our fee. We may process an authorized renewal within 30 days before the domain expires, but we will notify you at least 30 days before the scheduled charge. The notice identifies the charge date and amount separately from the domain's expiration date. If the current total exceeds your limit, we require fresh approval before charging.

You can cancel domain renewal while keeping the registration for its already-paid term. Canceling hosting does not automatically cancel domain renewal. Domain expiration may interrupt your website or other services and can lead to loss of the domain. The hosting grace period does not protect a domain from expiration.

If registration fails and no domain is obtained, we refund the domain purchase, including our fee. Once registration succeeds, the domain purchase is nonrefundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. Canceling a website order does not cancel or refund a successfully registered domain. You retain the registration and may transfer it.

You may request transfer to another registrar. Subaya does not charge a transfer-out service fee. The receiving registrar may charge its own fee. We verify the request and assist with unlocking and authorization when the domain is eligible. Registrar locks, recent registration or transfer, disputes, and registry-specific rules can delay or prevent a transfer. See Namecheap's transfer-out requirements.

A subaya.site address is part of our hosting service, not a separately registered domain you can transfer to another registrar.

Acceptable use and security

Do not use the service for unlawful content, infringement, impersonation, fraud, phishing, malicious code, or attempts to access another person's account or files. Do not bypass payment requirements, upload restrictions, request limits, or security controls.

We may investigate reports and restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, infrastructure, or third-party rights, or to comply with legal obligations. Where appropriate, we will explain the issue and provide an opportunity to address it. A payment lapse alone does not remove your ownership of the website or your account's source-download access.

To report a security issue or rights complaint, email subayaweb@protonmail.com with the affected URL and enough information for us to investigate. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.

Delivery, refunds, and service issues

Organization timelines vary by project. We discuss an estimated timeline with your quote. Delivery dates are not guaranteed. We aim to respond to inquiries within 48 hours, but this response time is not guaranteed. We remain responsible for providing the agreed work. The personal delivery guarantee below does not apply to organization projects.

Personal websites

Student and Professional Profiles are published within 48 hours, and personal Advanced Websites within seven calendar days, after payment is received. For a free promo order, the same delivery period starts when the promo code is entered and confirmed by our server for that order. For a referral-reward order, it starts when the order is placed and accepted by our server. Delivery means that the agreed website is complete and publicly accessible at its assigned subaya.site address. A custom domain is not required for delivery. Documented delays caused by the customer, including missing required materials or responses that block completion, pause the deadline for the duration of that delay. They do not restart it.

If we miss that deadline for reasons other than those customer-caused delays, we refund the original website purchase price, finish and publish the website anyway, and provide its included first year of hosting and maintenance, starting at first publication, without a further charge. You retain ownership of the completed website. Separately purchased domains and other services are separate from this guarantee.

You may cancel your personal website order for a full refund of the website purchase price before the website is finished and published. Email support with your order number. Eligibility is determined by when we receive your cancellation request, not when we process it. After completion and publication, the website purchase is nonrefundable except under the late-delivery guarantee or where applicable law requires a refund.

Organization projects

Before paying the project invoice, you may choose not to proceed without a payment obligation. Once the invoice is paid, we do not offer voluntary refunds for cancellation or a change of mind, to the extent permitted by applicable law. This policy does not exclude any cancellation, refund, or other remedy required by law, including remedies for services not provided as agreed. The personal pre-publication cancellation policy and late-delivery guarantee do not apply to organization projects.

Mandatory rights and service issues

Where consumer withdrawal rights apply, they remain separate from our voluntary refund policies. For covered EU distance service contracts, the usual withdrawal period is 14 days from contract conclusion. An express request to start work during that period does not by itself waive the right. Applicable law may require payment proportionate to work performed before withdrawal. Loss of a service withdrawal right after full performance requires the legally required prior consent and acknowledgment. Payment or acceptance of these general terms alone is not that consent.

To notify us of cancellation or withdrawal, contact subayaweb@protonmail.com with your name and order or project reference. This contact route does not limit any other withdrawal method or online withdrawal facility required by applicable law.

We may refuse to build an ordered website. If we do, we refund its website purchase price. If we discontinue a compliant customer's hosting, including on business closure, we refund the unused portion of separately purchased hosting, calculated proportionally over the paid term.

If hosting is discontinued because of abuse, illegal content, or another material violation of the acceptable-use rules, the website purchase and current hosting fee are nonrefundable except where required by applicable law. Future hosting renewal charges stop. A service restriction does not revoke your ownership or ordinary access to your source downloads.

Contact support about billing mistakes, inaccessible downloads, defects, or work that does not match the agreed order. These policies do not exclude statutory cancellation rights, remedies for defective or unprovided services, or any other rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Any legally required immediate-start consent or withdrawal acknowledgment is separate from these general refund rules.

Hosting depends on networks, servers, certificate authorities, and other services that can experience interruptions. We use reasonable safeguards, but do not promise uninterrupted availability, absolute security, or a particular search ranking. Keep a downloaded copy of your source. These limitations do not replace commitments expressly made for your purchased work.

Privacy and third parties

The Privacy Policy describes the information we use to provide the service, including private uploads, account records, local form drafts, and public website content.

Payment providers process payment credentials, the registrar processes domain registration information, and our email provider sends service messages. We may send necessary messages about account access, inquiries, quotes, invoices, payments, requested changes, publication, renewals, promo redemptions, referral rewards, and security. Keep your email address current so you can receive activation and renewal information.

Restricted accounts, business closure, and changes

When we discontinue services for an account, we restrict the affected service functions rather than delete the account. Website source and all saved versions remain downloadable while Subaya Web operates, including when hosting is unpaid or discontinued. We continue to assist with eligible domain transfers. Security incidents or legal obligations may require additional verification or restrictions.

You may request deletion of your account or files by emailing subayaweb@protonmail.com. We handle the request with you by email, including any affected hosting, renewals, and domain arrangements. Before deletion, download anything you wish to retain and arrange continuation or transfer of custom domains. Deletion does not revoke your ownership of downloaded files. Account download access ends when the account is deleted. Records needed for financial, security, dispute, or legal obligations may remain as described in the Privacy Policy.

If Subaya Web closes, we will give at least 30 days' notice to your account email address and keep source and version downloads available throughout that notice period. Download your files and arrange replacement hosting and domain management during that period. Subaya-hosted download access ends when the business closes. Your ownership of downloaded files continues.

Indiana law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Please contact support first to help resolve a dispute. This does not prevent you from exercising legal rights or seeking urgent relief. These terms do not require arbitration.

We will communicate material changes through the website and, where appropriate or required, your account email before they apply. We retain dated policy versions and record the applicable version with orders, accepted quotes, and payments. Changes do not retroactively remove rights attached to an existing purchase.
