The service and your account
Subaya Web designs, publishes, hosts, and maintains websites from the information and instructions you supply. Your selected package and confirmed order describe the work included. Custom applications, integrations, or additional features require an agreed scope; the purchase of a profile site does not include an open-ended software development service.
An unpaid order reserves its selected available subaya.site address for seven days. If that reservation expires, the order information and uploaded files remain saved, but the address may be selected by someone else. Availability is checked again before payment; you may need to choose another address. This temporary reservation applies only to Subaya-hosted addresses, not custom domain registrations.
Accounts become available after a purchase is confirmed. You verify your email address and choose a password to manage your sites, requests, purchases, and renewals. Keep your contact information accurate and your login details private. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. You must have authority to place the order and to act for any person or organization you represent.
AI tools may assist with writing and website development. A person reviews the website before publication. Your supplied wording, factual corrections, and instructions guide the work; please identify anything that must remain private.
Your content and publication
You retain your rights in the text, photographs, résumé, logos, and other material you supply. You are responsible for having permission to use and publish that material, including material belonging to another person.
You authorize us to store, process, adapt, and display your material as needed to create and operate the website you request. This permission does not transfer ownership of your original material to us. Private intake files are not automatically published. Public contact details, downloadable documents, and other sensitive information are published only within the scope you authorize.
Publishing a website makes its public content accessible to visitors and search engines. Taking it offline cannot remove copies already held by visitors, search engines, or archives. Permission to use your site in our portfolio is optional and separate from permission to publish your own website; you may withdraw portfolio permission by contacting us.
Ownership and source downloads
You own the website work created for you. As between you and Subaya Web, rights in the custom deliverables pass to you when the applicable purchase is paid. Third-party fonts, software, images, and other licensed components retain their own licenses. We do not claim ownership of your existing material or grant rights that belong to someone else.
You may download your site's source and all past saved revisions from your account at any time while the account continues to exist. This access remains available when you stop paying for hosting or maintenance. Canceling hosting does not transfer ownership back to us or revoke your right to use the source elsewhere.
Source downloads contain the website deliverables and their assets. They do not include Subaya Web's account system, infrastructure credentials, private records concerning other customers, or third-party services. Some advanced features may require you to arrange replacement services when moving to another host.
Purchases and annual fees
Prices below are in US dollars. Hosting and maintenance fees pay for keeping your site available and providing the live content-update service described below. They are separate from your ownership of the website.

- The $248 purchase includes the first year of site hosting, maintenance, and support. Each subsequent year costs $42.80 for this site, before any applicable taxes or separately selected services.
- Business website — $448
- The $448 purchase includes the first year of site hosting, maintenance, and support. Each subsequent year costs $62.80 for this site, before any applicable taxes or separately selected services.
Every website includes its first year of hosting; the first annual hosting charge is due one year after purchase. Each site renews on its own purchase anniversary, shown in the dashboard. Subscription anniversaries and billing periods use UTC. Custom domains and additional paid redesigns are separate purchases. Your checkout must show the complete amount and recurring schedule before you authorize payment.
Renewals and cancellation
Automatic charges require your authorization through the payment provider. When payment connections are available, you can review the amount, schedule, and renewal settings in your account. Canceling a renewal stops future renewal charges for that service and leaves the already-paid service available through its current term.
Every site's hosting renewal has a 30-day payment grace period. If payment arrives within that period, the renewed year starts at the original renewal deadline. Paying late does not move the anniversary or add the grace period to the paid term. If payment remains outstanding after the grace period, hosting may be suspended.
Website hosting grace periods do not extend a domain's registration or override a registrar's expiration rules. Taking a website offline is a visibility setting; it does not cancel a subscription. Cancel the relevant renewal separately if you do not want it to continue.
Any proposed future price change must be shown before it applies to a renewal, with an opportunity to cancel before the new charge.
Updates and redesigns
Each hosted site includes three content updates per calendar month. Calendar months use UTC. Request updates through the account dashboard. If you need more, email support; additional requests are considered individually.
Each site includes two visual or content redesigns requested within 30 days of its first publication. These can change the layout and visual style within the purchased site's scope. Unused included redesigns expire after those 30 days; the allowance does not renew annually. Further redesigns cost $18 each.
Updates and redesigns require active hosting. They are unavailable while the hosting service is inactive, even though source downloads remain available. New application features, integrations, or work outside the purchased package may require a separate agreement; a redesign does not automatically expand that scope.
Taking a site offline
You can temporarily take a hosted site offline and restore it from the dashboard. Ten actual visibility changes within a rolling 30-minute period trigger a 30-minute cooldown. A request that leaves the site's visibility unchanged does not count as a change.
This control cannot override a hosting suspension or a restriction imposed for security or legal reasons. A temporary visibility change does not erase your site's source, cancel its domain, or stop recurring fees.
Custom domains
When you buy a custom domain through Subaya Web, we register and manage it through a Subaya-controlled registrar account, currently with Namecheap. You are the domain's registrant. Supply accurate contact details and complete any verification required by the registrar. Registration is subject to the registrar's agreement, the relevant registry's rules, and availability at the time the registration succeeds.
The registration or renewal price is the registrar's domain price plus a Subaya setup and maintenance fee equal to the greater of $5 or 10% of that domain price. We disclose the registrar charge and our fee separately. Quotes may change before purchase; a displayed search result does not reserve a domain. Tax treatment and any mandatory additional charges must be disclosed in checkout.
Automatic domain renewals require a saved payment method and a customer-approved annual limit that includes the registrar price and our fee. We may process an authorized renewal within 30 days before the domain expires. If the current total exceeds your limit, we require fresh approval before charging.
You can cancel domain renewal while keeping the registration for its already-paid term. Canceling hosting does not automatically cancel domain renewal. Domain expiration may interrupt your website or other services and can lead to loss of the domain; the hosting grace period does not protect a domain from expiration.
You may request transfer to another registrar. Subaya does not charge a transfer-out service fee; the receiving registrar may charge its own fee. We verify the request and assist with unlocking and authorization when the domain is eligible. Registrar locks, recent registration or transfer, disputes, and registry-specific rules can delay or prevent a transfer. See Namecheap's transfer-out requirements.
A subaya.site address is part of our hosting service, not a separately registered domain you can transfer to another registrar.
Acceptable use and security
Do not use the service for unlawful content, infringement, impersonation, fraud, phishing, malicious code, or attempts to access another person's account or files. Do not bypass payment requirements, upload restrictions, request limits, or security controls.
We may investigate reports and restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, infrastructure, or third-party rights, or to comply with legal obligations. Where appropriate, we will explain the issue and provide an opportunity to address it. A payment lapse alone does not remove your ownership of the website or your account's source-download access.
To report a security issue or rights complaint, email subayaweb@protonmail.com with the affected URL and enough information for us to investigate. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.
Refunds and service issues
Draft item requiring owner approval: the refund policy, handling of canceled work and failed domain registrations, and remedy for a missed delivery commitment must be finalized and disclosed before live purchases are enabled. This draft does not establish a blanket no-refund rule.
Contact support about billing mistakes, inaccessible downloads, defects, or work that does not match the agreed order. We will review the order and the issue with you. Nothing in the final terms should remove rights or remedies that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.
Hosting depends on networks, servers, certificate authorities, and other services that can experience interruptions. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular search ranking. These limitations do not replace commitments expressly made for your purchased work.
Privacy and third parties
The Privacy Policy describes the information we use to provide the service, including private uploads, account records, local form drafts, and public website content.
Payment providers process payment credentials, the registrar processes domain registration information, and our email provider sends service messages. Their applicable terms also govern their services. Choosing to save a payment method stores it with the payment provider; Subaya does not collect or store complete card numbers or security codes.
We may send necessary messages about account access, orders, requested changes, renewals, and security. Keep your email address current so you can receive activation and renewal information.
Account closure and changes
You may contact support to request account closure. Before closing the account, download anything you wish to retain and arrange the continuation or transfer of any custom domains. Source and revision access continues while the account exists, including when it has no paid hosting; it is not promised after the account is deleted.
Account deletion does not revoke ownership of files you have downloaded. Some transaction, security, or legally required records may need to be retained as described in the Privacy Policy. The final policy will state the applicable retention periods.
Material changes to the effective terms will be communicated through the account and its email address before applying where required. This draft does not select a governing jurisdiction, impose arbitration, or adopt ArtificeX's legal identity or liability provisions.
